According to statistics, the unemployment rate in New Zealand is 3.3%. This is really concerning. I am passionate about my fellow citizens and it makes me worry about them therefore my speech is how we can improve our country in different areas
I think we need to work as a team to help our country become 100% employed. How can we do this, we must get more jobs such as building a mall for people to work in and we could get more things done? I think that we should focus on the nation not the world and I think we should focus more on us rather than the world situations.
We should also focus on the Country, not International relations I think that building a strong and heavily armed military will make peace with other countries and having a good defence system will make a difference rather than diplomatic relations that sometimes do not work because of how humans are. The country that we might have diplomatic relations might betray us—having lots of support from other countries might be bad why? Because if that country either declares war or betrays us, then we will be used to getting help and the government will soon turn into a DICTATORSHIP. So we mustn’t rely on support that much we should be able to stand on our own two legs.
The backbone of any country is its education system. Education should be better and more accessible. Then students would understand better because New Zealand’s education system is old not unlike the United Kingdom which has a better education system than us we should improve it and make changes.
New Zealand should restrict its advertising freedom because promoting advertising freedom will be bad for our society. If we promote advertising freedom there might be bad advertisements. With this New Zealand might be very chaotic with also spreading false information such as rebelling against the government and hacking. I’ve seen bad ads like and I put 10 years old on the youtube sign up process and it comes up with this and imagines what next like wanna do crime or let’s play game things like these can pop up anywhere and you might be thinking well google does these ads right? Well no not exactly it’s based where your Ip address and that tracks you and finds out which
ads are close by or are in your area so I think that government should do something about this. New Zealand is falling because our Prime Minister is doing very small to help New Zealand do this. Another problem is fighting terrorism abroad problem we can’t wait for terrorists to come to New Zealand and destroy it so we must destroy the terrorists first so we can prevent an attack on New Zealand. This is a catastrophe that New Zealand might face in the future if the government doesn’t act now because we need a government that lets its people choose and let a people united with a strong government and military we could have hope for the future. The people out on the street protesting are actually helping themselves to a better future why? Because the government won’t act for them the people will act for themselves this government has not kept the promises that it will say it would in the election so I guess the protesters have a right to protest.
This is not a joke. The government needs to act now. We must do something or our lives will be at stake. I hope the government can do something. Act. Now. That’s all folks.
