Josh Underhill went missing, and these are the voices that Ella is hearing. Due to this occurring, Ella got the chance to be empowered by the secrets of what the lake held. I found this line really fascinating because it adds to the mystery of the missing case of Josh Underhill. In addition to this, why would Ella be hearing these things anyway especially when he is missing? This line piqued my curiosity and compelled me to dive deeper into the story.
