I found out what a Rotary phone is what it does and how you can use it.
A Rotary phone is an old vintage telephone used back in 20th century it was used around in homes and business office’s it had a dial and a receiver.
A Rotary phone has 2 main parts a receiver and dial lets start with the receiver. The receiver lets the phone system you want to make a call as soon as you pick it up and so held the receiver upto your ear and started to dial all you needed to do was place your finger into one of the holes in the dial in each hole was a number from 1-9 and 0 zero signified the number 10 you would then rotate the dial clockwise and let go when it hit the metal stop the medial would then spin back into place at a controlled speed witch ever number you dialed sent the same amount of electrical pulses, for example if you dialed 6 you send 6 pulses but when it came to 0 it would send 10 pulses and you continued this process until the full number was dialed.
