During week 1, our teacher introduced us to the culture of Japan. We had to choose a topic for our presentation, we could also work with anyone we want. I picked my two friends by the names of Elise and Samantha. All three of us are weebs, which are people that are obssesed with anything Japanese related. Our topic that we picked was the styles, anime and the popular food there. The first slide that we made was just a welcoming slide. We added movie characters from Japan, the characters we added were Kanade Yoisaki, Kohane Azusawa, Sawako, Chiaki and Aino. The first ten slides were about the slides their style. The style were cutecore, lolita, shoujo, igari, wishcore, gyaru, juminocore, Decore and Mori kei. We also did a slide about their traditional clothing and uniforms. The next ten slides were about the food. We did bentos, ramen, onigiri, Tonkatsu chicken, sushi, tempura, dango, taiyaki, takoyaki and lastly ramune. Then we did slides about anime. The anime’s were Jam Jar, The Miku Who Can’t Sing, N25, Hatsune Miku, Kimi No Todoke, Fragrant Flower Blooms of Dignity, More More Jump, Horimiya, My Neighbor Totoro and Ponyo. We added a quiz at the end just to make sure they were listening, to make the quiz more fun we added Kahoot Music. This is our presentation about the style, food and the anime.
