My goal for this year is to maintain strong attendance so I can keep progressing and create more opportunities for myself. Being part of the Building Academy gives me a good pathway into the construction industry, and I want to make the most of it by completing my credits.
I am currently waiting to gain my forklift licence, which is worth 14 credits and is very important to me. I am also looking forward to completing the Working at Heights and small motor courses to build my skills further.
I’m proud that my attendance is high—I’m currently at 90% and just need another 10%, which I know I can achieve. Even though this is my last year, I sometimes wish it were my first. Still, I’ve chosen to be here, so I’m going to make the most of it.
