This week, we were excited to welcome parents and whānau into our classroom for our Student Led Conferences. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to take ownership of their learning and proudly share their achievements with their families.
Students guided their parents through their learning portfolios, showing examples of their work and explaining what they have been learning across different curriculum areas. They reflected on their strengths, discussed challenges they have overcome, and shared their goals for future learning.
It was fantastic to see the confidence and enthusiasm students displayed as they talked about their progress. Parents enjoyed listening to their children explain their learning journey and celebrate the effort they have put into their work throughout the year.
Thank you to all the parents and whānau who attended and supported this special event. Your encouragement and involvement play an important role in your child’s learning success. We are very proud of the way our students presented themselves and shared their learning with confidence and pride.
