Today I will be comparing differences to Cooksland and Sri Lanka and similarities they have in their cultural.
First what I will compare is Traditional foods, in the Cooklsland they have seafood,vegetables, and takeaways.Now to compare to Sri Lanka they have home style curries and street-food, As we can see they have different traditional foods.
Secondly to compare is the locations, Cooklsland is located in the South Pacific Ocean and Sri Lanka is in the South Asia.South Pacific Ocean and South Asia are in different places which makes this a difference.
Third difference is about Traditional clothing, for Cooklsland their clothing are Tivaevae,Kopu Tangata, Paeru , and a ei katu. Now for Sri Lankan their Traditional Clothing is Osariya, Sarong , Redda and Hatte, As we can see they have difference style and different language of spelling which is going to be are next topic Language!!!.
In the previous I said they have different language spelling which is correct but also their alphabet. Cooklslands language spoken in the Cooksland’s is English/Cooksland Maori and Sri Lanka uses Sinhala/Tamil.
Now Last and finally their similarities Let’s go back to the location, South Pacific Ocean and South Asia are both Islands!!. And the similarities of their ingredients they use is Coconuts.
Conclusion:As spoken Cooklsland and Sri Lanka have similarities and differences together.
