Today for reading we have been learning about animals and these are the animals i have been learning about harp seal, wooly mammoth, California quail, and prairie dog and i haft to pick animal and then pick a activity for that animal. So i made a acrostic poem about harp seals and if you can’t see what i wrote i will tell you
Harp seals are incredible travelers.
after the baby knows how to swim and hunt the mother will leave the baby.
Rests in sunlight after they swim because they get cold.
Pups are born with fluffy white fur.
Surprisingly they have built in sunglasses.
Eats small fish and crustaceans .
Adult harp seals can dive in the water up to 1,300 feet.
Lives in north pole.
