WALT:Describe how the idea texts conet to our own life.
Hi guys, in reading this week our book is about a girl who extended family always comes over for dinner so her cousins uncles and aunty.So it gets really loud and overwhelming for her because she sits between her brothers and they always fight.So she goes outside to calm down and get some space she looks at the stars.Then her grandma comes out to tell her about the star of Matariki.And about an evil star who was jealous of the Matariki cluster so he smashed Matariki into seven pieces and that’s how Matariki became a cluster.
Create task one
For this create task I did one on a google drawing where you have to write something in the book that is the same in our life and something that’s different from our life.There was not much that was the same in my life so I said that she wanted some space and sometimes I want some time alone to.And for the thing that is different from my life was that she got taken by mere and went to all these different planets but we know that this could never happen in real life.
Crate task two
for this task I recorded myself reading two pages of the book on google video.I was trying to focus on reading it fluently and actually looking what ever word said so you guys can tell me how I did.Also there is background noise so don’t mind that Also this is going to be my last blog for this term because next week I am going to be away.
