Today is the 30th of June 2026!
For today’s activity I am doing infographic on the Matarki task board!
Basically because Matariki is coming up and its the last week of the Term the teachers decided to makee a task board about Matariki!
The goal of it is to do one must do then do one can do,
and you keep doing alternative then!
So here, I have done the first create task of a must do called the infographic!
Where you put pictures and five facts about Matariki!
I enjoyed this task because I loved learning about the interesting facts about Matariki!
I did this task on a DLO Adobe express using poster!
This was really fun I will rate it a 10/10!
Now let me tell you how Matariki was Made!
Matariki is a group of stars that are visible in NZ,
there are many names through the world for this clusters of stars such as the seven sisters! The term Matariki is believed to be of the ka mata o te riki Tawwhirimatea (Sorry if I spelled it wrong).
Taw whirimatea ripped out his eyes and crushed them in his hand and threw them to the the chest of his father forming, the constellation Matariki!
