Towards the end of last week and throughout this week, Room 10 was given a fun writing activity by our teacher, Mrs Hanne. Our challenge was to create and describe a crazy creature and give it a unique power. It could be anything we imagined an animal, an extinct creature, or even a completely made up creature with unusual features and abilities.
Once we had finished writing our descriptions, we copied and pasted them into an AI image generator, such as ChatGPT or Canva AI, to bring our creatures to life and see what they looked like. If it didn’t look good or how we imagined it then that meant we had to add more detail, at first it took me a lot of writing and ideas to make it come out how I imagined it but after 5 tries I finally got it.
I actually really enjoyed this activity because it made me think deeper and search for big descriptive words.
