Last week, it was Cook Island Language Week. Panmure Bridge School celebrated it in assembly which involved LS1 playing the ukelele and a dance taught by Miss Jessie. Panmure Bridge School sang a Cook Island song called ‘Tangata Hruru’. It was very fun and catchy to learn and I hope you would like it to! There were Cook Island presenters who spoke at assembly very clearly and proud. LS1’s performance was super entertaining to watch and you could see the amount of effort put into it.
