In what ways does your body respond to exercise? Acute vs Chronic
——————————————————————————–
-Acute is something that comes on suddenly.
-Chronic is something that lasts for a long time.
Some acute responses are increased heart rate, increased breathing rage, increased body temperature which is sweating, and sore muscles. On the other hand, with the chronic responses your heart rate feels more rested like in a daily basis, stronger muscles, respiratory systems improves, your muscles appear larger, your flexibility is increased, and you body’s cooling system improves.
