How to do a back flip on a tree

  1. Find two branches that are close together.  Make sure they can take your weight and you can grab on to them.
  2. Hold on to a branch with each hand so you are hanging off them and your feet aren’t touching the ground.
  3. Use your feet to climb up the tree as well as holding on to the branches.
  4. Keep walking your feet up the tree until you turn your whole boy over backwards.  Make your body flip around.  Let go of the two branches and drop to the ground.  Not on your face.   On your legs.  Land on your feet.
  5. Try those steps again but a wee bit faster.
  6. Take as many goes as you want

That is how you do a back flip.
