This year Tangaroa had a school performance celebrating Diwali, I was involved in the dia group.
I was working in the dia group and I was the second in line, just right behind Travis. We were standing in the library waiting for our signal.
When we went onto stage and I had to try so hard not to laugh so hard, once we got onto the sage, Rangi and I walked up to the front and were standing together holding our dia’s, then afterwards we had to turn off the lights on our dia’s and put them behind our back our backs to hide the light if we couldn’t turn them off in time. Then we went back to class to watch the last few performances before we had to go find our parents and go home.
