Today for our reading activity we had to learn about heats and I learned a lot of stuff about hearts. One of my very Intresting facts that I learned about is that a babys heart beats more than normal kid or adult , a newborn babys heart beats fourty times more than a boys and thirty times more than a girls ! that’s incredible .

This week for Inquiry, we started our ‘Curiosity Questions Challenge.’ I paired up with Micaela, and our main question was, ‘What could make a kiwi fly?’ For the challenge, we asked Gemini to give us five questions that would lead us to our answer. If a question was too hard to understand, we asked it to simplify, which really helped! Next, we researched the answers to Gemini’s questions and wrote them down in our own words. We also collected useful links for our research. Finally, we put all of our information into a slideshow and presented it to the class.

In Term 4,PBS is having an art show.In preparation,we have made cardboard houses.We used cardboard boxes,paper tape and glue guns.We planned how our houses will be.I planned that my one is gonna be a cafe.

My Cafe only has one level. What I found easy to do was making the windows.
What I found hard to do was making sure I made the parts equal.

Today I made a recipe about Tunghulu because because it is Chinese Languagues week.I made step by steps and told why you need the stuff and the fruits.The prep time would be 10 minutes ,the cook time is 20 minutes,serving is 3 tunghulu,and the total is 30 minutes.Enjoy what you eat because i’m sure it would be yummy !

Today In LS2 in our Group we learned about how to add up decimals using algorithms, after learning and exploring what the square roots we’re everyone in the group looked forward to looking for our new topic, this new topic was called decimals but for the meantime we are still on the adding up part.

While doing decimals, we should always put to mind to put the decimal points and numbers all a linded. During this lesson me and my group mates knew how to add them up because it’s just like regular adding of numbers, but the only new thing we had to remember was that there was a decimal every after a number. Though this lesson was very fun we also had a very great understanding on how we can do it now, we also helped each other on how we can get the correct answers.
