My Story:

There is a different combination of colours on the little chicks standing on the edge of the puddle.

There reflection is showing on the puddle. They look so angry like they are going to do something.

The little chicks are standing in a rowline.

These little chicks are silently staring at something but one thing we have to figure out is what are they looking at?

The chicks have different colours on their webbed feet.

I think some of them are siblings because there are two pinkish chicks, and two black chicks.

It looks like the rain just calmed down after heavy rain happened.

I think these little chicks are standing on the edge of a puddle because they were trying to go home but the puddle was in their way!

One think I like about this picture is that they are all different.

Writing: The Seven Chicks

Hello. This week we have been practising writing complete sentences with punctuation, spelling and grammar all correct. This is the writing of my favorite image.

The Seven Chicks

When I was walking through the forest, I spotted seven tiny chicks, standing on a puddle. They were standing in a group. They were also different colours. The first one was a cute light pink. The second one was a adorable little little white chick. The third, fourth, and fifth chicks were brown, a pinkish white, and a black coloured one. There were two more. The sixth one was a normal yellow coloured one, and the seventh chick was a multicoloured brown and grey. Because they are standing on a puddle, the water reflects them.

What do you think of my writing?
