this is my reading slide i dont really have anything to say but i hope you enjoy

This week we have been reading about Charley.

Charley is trying to be normal because she was always the first one in class and now is trying to be 5th or 8th one in class.  But we all know that no one is normal.

After we read the book we had to write the thought inside her head and what the other kids were saying.

We Have been learning about Puanga celebration. We came to school early in the morning with my mum .

I created this by using lanterns and stems to feed the stars.

I am proud of work because I made Lanterns and Wishes.

Something I found quite challenging was that I was sharing my goals to the stars.

Next time I might do more goals than I did last Thursday.

We have been Learning about Pūanga/Matariki.

I created lanterns and a goal star for this moment.

I am proud of myself because I publicly read out my goal star.

Something I found quite challenging was to say my goal in front of everyone.

Next time I might try to read out more than one goal.

This week we have been learning about multiplication and division.

This week we have been learning about division and multiplication, I used Google slides.

this week I have been learning about different ways to get your answer for division so my teacher set a task for me to do.

Last week we visited Owae Marae. We had to recreate our visit to Owae Marae. I made this by using polypad.

i am proud of my work because it is amazing Something i found quite challenging about this was that it was so hard to do. something i learned was the math had me amazed. my tips about keep doing it never give up.

Today I did 4 sentences it was amazing a bit hard but i got through it i got help for the teacher something i learned was to write better. My tips about doing better at school.

I have been learning about Matariki this is my slide i created it using inquiry i am proud of my work because took 23 minutes something i found quite challenging about this was it was hard to do. something i learned was wai puna rangi controls the rain

My tips about  this topic is to remember what the stars mean.

On Thursday  we had  Puanga day  we  had to come at 6.30am in the morning, we had our celebration for new year and then we had breakfast all together.  We had  pancakes and bacon. We finished at 1.00pm

A couple weeks ago we started get the gist! unfortunately we stopped doing it, I created it using paper and a pencil, i am proud of my work because it took a while, something i found quite challenging was getting the words right.

We have been learning about finding evidence in text. We read about Dinosaurs and the first lady who found one in NZ. Her name was Joan Wiffen.
