Over the weeks, we have been doing tiny homes to help us learning about area and perimeter . It was very fun making our house because we got to design and create it ourselves. We have a pool, some rugby posts and a green house that also includes trees within our perimeter. In our house we have the kitchen a bathroom a bedroom the lounge and storage and that’s our tiny home.

Today we did angle art. We made objects from real life and I chose arrows.

I learnt how to measure angles and to take my time doing art.

Today  we were in the garden building  the compost bins. We put greens and browns and water and moisture

I would like to improve my understanding in volcanoes.
I would change the information part to a bit more information and explain a bit more on how they work.
I’m really proud of my self for giving it a shot, and learning about volcanoes. I really enjoyed doing this activity.

Last week in literacy we were making tornado chaser cars that had to be designed to withstand a tornado.I learnt tornados can’t cross from the northern to southern hemisphere. Something I would do differently is make the car more versatile.

This is my DLO I have made for short division.

Short division is an easy algorithmic system of dividing that makes larger numbers easier to divide.

In class this past week, we have been learning about Matariki. I apologise for my mistakes whilst reading this, but it was my 100th try, and it was going so well:)
