Hello and today we are talking about low tide by Tim Jones. We read this for reading and we were learning to make inference using evidence in the text.   The story is about Manu, and how he found his cat Mikey, in  broken house by a high tide they had fifty-five minutes left and it was getting closer to the time was running out! And they still didn’t find Mikey still! And then dad climbed a hill then after he did that he went back to the house but mum was at work at the time dad and Manu was at the house. But they known the king tide was coming  What is a king tide?

This week we have been focused on Abviobel phases and aposilpal. I have made a story about Lockdown. Here is my slideshow with my story. I say I did really good for my reflection but I may have done too many sentences.

This week I have been doing six sentence  stories. It has been so fun I loved doing six sentence stories we learned to add adverbial phrases  appositbes   . The one I love is lost at sea it was so fun doing it I hope you like it here is my story. 

Doglegging waves and rocks Maggie was out at sea she snarfed  back. with fores and hope to not get eaten . then she dodges more rocks and even sea animals even sharks dogging then the a pro Shaffer she got back to shore with no Scratches or bites.

 

This week we have been learning about using appositives and adverbial phrases in our writing. We had to make 6 sentence stories with as much appositives and adverbial phrases as we can. I am going to show you my first one called Roofus the brave explorer. It is about a dog that falls in a hole and gets stuck. Find out how he got out. Here is my story. Hope you like it! Today  we have been reading a book called low Tide and it is about a family that got there house taken down by a flood and they had a hour to grab what ever they wanted and they got out and our WALT is: Explaining how the author uses language to create meaning and impact make inferences using evidence and identify bias. We got to make a create after so I chose to make a Blooket about it. It was really fun making the Blooket about Low Tide. This week we have been writing six sentence stories, our WALT was adding more deatails to my story by adding addverbel phrases and appositives. I was hard figuring out how the six sentence stories now i`m starting to understand how to write the stories. Here is my story.
