Just need to glue that in. DONE!
Hello to the World,
Today’s topic is: Art Festival! This year my school had an Art Festival. Each class had it own theme that they were working on. My classes theme was ‘Conserve for Tomorrow’. So we did lots of parts to it. We started off by making our own cardboard stencil. Then we had to draw a pacific pattern on a brown piece of paper and then dye. It ended looking very similar to Tapa cloth. Afterwards we used our stencil to make a screen print on both black and brown pieces of paper. Next we cut out an underwater animal silhouette on a black piece of paper and finally we cut out our tapa designs and screenprints to make a geometric shape for the biggest part of our animals body and we were finally finished. But Mrs Jones (My Awesome Teacher) had an idea of drawing a frame on the wave. So we did and on it we wrote ‘CONSERVE -‘ and what our animal we have drawn and cut outs maori name. I am really happy with the out come but I hated the fact that we need to cut out all the hard working that we had been doing.
Here are some of the outcomes for me and my class:

So what do you think? I have the links on how to make a screen print and a cardboard stencil.
