In Room 6 we are writing an informational report a about Japan. I found learning about Japan surprising with all their technology that they  use. On the first holiday I had my first sleepover at a Amaias house. Amaia and the girls were in the living room but the furniture was in a room. I gave her present and there was this sign that said it was Amaia’s purple dream and there were some tents which were purple and mattresses  with pillows on them and fairy lights and little signs. And my mum went home but remarkably, I was fine. Now we are panting. I painted an ice cream Eva was painting her back yard and the rest of the girls were painting a sunset. After we did lolly scramble I got less lollies but Eva she shared with me it was nice. After we went for a walk and it was nice.

 Then we went in the spa and it was burning my toes but then it stopped.After we got dressed we went on the trampoline and it was crazy. Then we watched toy story then we had diner and it was pizza it was from pizza hut it was yummy then we did a face mask but before we did the face mask we did eye patches it felt like jelly and the face mask felt like gooey stuff on but then it got better wearing it then we went on the trampoline it was freezing so after that we went to bed.

 In the morning everyone woke up but I was the last one to wake up but then I woke up for breakfast. We had eggs on toast but my eggs fell on the floor but Whisky Amaia’s cat came to eat the eggs but then the floor got cleaned up. Next we got dressed so then we could go to the spa and trampoline. Most of the girls were on the trampoline, some of the girls were in the spa, then we got dressed and packed up. Then we went home. I had fun at the sleepover and Harlow also missed me. In room 12 we have been writing about the school holidays.

Where- Palmerston north.

Why- Dad’s rugby league game.

Who- Me Dad mum, two sisters, uncle Leroy, uncle Sefton and uncle Chevy.

How- Because my dad made it into the team.

When- Saturday 25 of July.

Saturday 25 of July Me, Mum, Dad and two sisters went to my dads rugby league game.

 While my dad was getting changed me and my sister played with a rugby ball and a netball.

When my dad came out of the changing rooms I realised that my uncle sponsored the rugby team and it said Graham flooring on the back but it was only on the training shirt.

 Two minutes later my uncle Sefton, Leroy and Chevy arrived then they got ready.

 When they started training I made a friend. His dad plays for the college old boys rugby union team.

 When they started I was worried because my dad had only played league when he  was young.

 The whistle blows and the game begins. I heard the bang of the powerful kick. They barely caught it; they ran very fast straight at them. The first tackle they booted the ball and…

Finally at the end of the game I told my dad good job.

 My uncle Leroy was a player of the match, while my dad was getting changed my mum and two sisters were talking to my great aunty and my uncles. Then we went home to watch the all backs.

Have you ever heard of the soccer legend Maradona? Please tell me! I’ve been researching this amazing soccer player. Oh and I almost forgot to ask you how many times have you heard about him, did you know that Maradona is pretty old like old old  super old. Do you think Maradona is AMAZING!

Today in my class I have made a slideshow about the symbols of hearts. It’s very interesting how hearts originated. I enjoyed adding pictures it was hard finding the words I missed. Have you ever taken some time in your life just to think about where they were from or how they originated if so tell me what you thought? and also make sure to get good at maths.

hi, my blog is about a country called saint Lucia. have you ever heard of saint Lucia? I’ve only heard of it once when we were doing a statistics maths thing.  Anyway,  I thought it was a really cool way to learn about a new country. the choices were out of the commonwealth games countries and there were a lot of countries I had never heard of! Anyway I hope you like it!

This week, my fact of the day was about mice. I had never realized what amazing little rodents they were. they can jump, squeeze through tiny spots, and they build nests! It’s always so cool to research a new animal, and I love that we do the Fact of the day. Have you ever researched mice? Anyway, I hope you like it!

Today I made a fact of the day research slide about cats, one of the facts I just learned about cats is that cats could beat Usain Bolt in a 200-meter race. A fact of the day research is when you go to my class website and pick a fact of the day and put research in a google slide. This was really quick and fun to do, I think I could do fact of the day research all day. Do you like cats?
