Psst hey…… Wanna know what I did in the school holidays? All I did is staying home…. That’s all I’m gonna say…….. All I did is just stay home and watch TV and play on my computer at my mum’s shop….. I know it’s boring here’s the reasons why. It’s because 1. We cannot afford to go to other countries. 2. A lot of work  because my mum is so caught up in work thus won’t letting us go anywhere. And those are the reasons why I stayed at home….. I’m sure you may do heaps of fun stuff like going to the movies, Visit another countries and All the stuff that’s fun while all I did is nothing but to play games at home…… I’m not jealous by the way…… I’m just…….  My name is Ella-Jaye.  I am from New Zealand and I can speak a little bit of Maori.  I am 10 years old so I’m year 6 and I was born March 4th on my nana’s  birthday.  I go to Waitohu School in a little town called Otaki.  My friends that I made this year are Lia and Jessica.  Lia is Australian/Italian and Jessica well I don’t really know. My only Boy best friend’s are Trishik and Ronan.  I am in room 3 and my teacher is Mr Ward.  Mr Ward is sporty, fun and the best at helping and teaching.  My favourite subject is Maths and reading.  My sport is Wrestling and my modern thing to do is singing plus dancing.  My favourite food and drink is watermelon and juice.  I love cats but not mostly dogs.  I love watching youtube.  My favourite place to go is Staglands in upper hutt, if you haven’t been you should because it’s really cool.  I have one cat called ash and she is one years old.  That’s all I have to say so see ya later.

For this poem we got given a object and we had to put down a bunch of describing words on a site called note.ly. We then took those words and put them in a poem.
We used an anagram maker and then put in our word and looked for other words. My words was spasm.

I  feel we should be allowed to listen to music while we work in class


music make you feel like your not doing work in a good way. it makes you not talk to people and people not talk to you, for example if someone started to talk to you you wont get distracted because you can’t hear them . It makes your work fun and exciting and you can take one of your ear buds out to hear what the teacher is saying.
