It was a good halloween then we saw a house that looked rusty and rotten with bad wood but i was not scared of it we knocked on the door a old guy opened the door and then it was a vampire we ran for hour life’s but it found my house and my dad attacked it then it knocked my dad out so i got a hammer and smacked it but it was unkillable so i called my friends to help but they got killed so i was so angry
I knew his weakness so i got a taser and killed him and threw him in the house and now my dad and friends a alive we had a happy ending.

As I went into the forest to go camping with my friends Colby SAM mick. I heard a small whisper coming from all around . at first I thought it was just something in my mind but then my friend asked everyone if they heard a whisper and we all said yes my friend mike started to run around and joke about it .until he fell into a rabbit hole and broke his leg . The forest we were in wasent a really big forest but there was a bigger and more bushy forest next to it. Sooo my friend told us all that there is a lodge in it so we went in. Bad move. When we went in we started hearing more whispers and felt as if we were being watched. We walked for about 20 minutes until we saw a gutted deer hanging up on two trees about 5 meters up. I told every one that deer a way to heavy for two fall grown men to lift it up that high and you would have to use like a machine or something. So what we did was keeped hicking. I have know idea why but we keeped going. So about then it was around 2:00pm and we left at 12:00am and we still havent found that lodge we were looking for and we all hungry so we dicidid to set up camp. We made a fire pit and started to cook our food while mick made some crutures for him self. It was preety dark when the food was done so we ate our food and then went to sleep. I had realy weird dreams that night because our friend had just recently died. And I keeped having dreams about him. When we all woke up that morning we all had realy bad dreams when me sam and colby woke up and went outside there was mike fall nude on his knees wershiping a creature that he made out of sticks. The creature had a tall elk like body that had a human lick body hanging down from where it’s head should be. We thought it was realy creepy so we dicided to go back but we dident know whitch way it was to go back so we dicidid to hike up this hill so we could see where we are when we got up we saw the lodge and it would be faster to go there insteed of going back. So we keeped going. We felt like we were still getting watched so we walked faster. I looked over at where I thought those whispers were coming from and at the corner of my eye I saw a second of movement. Qukily told my friends to get down every one got down expect colby I pulled him down but i slipped I stated rolling down the hill twards where I saw some movement I fell into a bush and I was looking right at the thing it was like that creature mike made in his sleep. Sudenly I felt a jult thats when I woke up
The Elements of Surprise
On Friday 29th of march 2019 we had a science roadshow they show us about atoms on how they what they make and what they look like.
then they let us go around the exhibits my favourite ones are that you go in to the exhibit and then you look at the camera then it flash then you turn around then you see your shadow and its not moving.

then another one is there is a two looking satellites then you talk through it then the other person on the other side can hear it. But they have to be in the same path and nothing is blocking it or someone and then they told us to come back then they did more sciences experiments one there is different colour fire experiment. there is a volcano and it smells like soap experiment and they told us about Elements and what they mean in life this is a the chart of it .
SCHOOL UNIFORMS ARE BEST!
I think that we should wear our uniform,
If we go on a trip somewhere far away we could be wandering around because we lost our group and were just wearing mufti people could just look at them and do nothing but if you are wearing a uniform they would recognise it and ask if you are lost.
Maybe you like a piece of clothing but you think that people will think its childish and weird. If you have a uniform people wont make fun of you because you’re wearing the same thing as them.
When you wake up in the morning you don’t have to think about what you wear, you just stick on your uniform and be on your way. If you wear mufti you have so many decisions on what you can wear.
Science Fair 2019
On Thu, 28 Mar 2019 at 12:45 at Otaki college we went on a science fair with Ms McLean, Why? Because she is our science teacher and at the time we were doing science class at the time. We learnt about how oxygen and carbon dioxide mix into CO2 and how magnetic metals are slower to non magnetic metals when they fall down a metal tube, And plus we listened to lectures about sparks, oxygen and carbon dioxide and sulphur, and random elements Here are photos of the things at the science fair below here ↘

Should We Listen To Music While Working
Should we Listen to music while working?. In my opinion I think music should not be allowed because it can affect other people and it can affect you. Most people in my class listen to music and I can see that they are being distracted by changing the music, singing with headphones on in class without knowing, getting in the zone and dancing, making people lose their concentration.
It is also hard for me to have Concentration because if there is someone next to me I can hear there music from there headphones and I may ask for them to turn it down but they just carry on. I love music but when it come to working I cant it makes my choke (Stop and lose concentration) and forget what I am writing for a few seconds. From now on I have not listened to music while working and I can Feel myself making a change apart from people chitty chatting.
As Evidence I have found it hard for me to work with music and with friends sitting near me they can not be capable listening to music and half of the time I see them staring into space.
As you can see I am against music and it is easier for me to have a quiet zone so if you agree with me try it out be in a quite area and test how much you can do without music.
Science Fair Roadshow
Last week the science roadshow came to Otaki College. They talked about a lot of different things about science. And things to do with gravity.
There was a lot of experiments that they brought. My favourite one was the bed of nails. Basically there was a whole bunch of nails in a wooden board. You could lay down on it and it wouldn’t hurt. I didn’t try it but my friends did!
There was another one I liked which was a thing that you could whisper in and the other one on the other side could hear everything you said even though they were far away from each other. They looked like big blue satellites. It was really cool I liked looking at all the experiments.
Paper fractions
Today for math’s we used paper to show the different fraction sizes the lowest fraction I got to was 1/4096 and the squares where pine sized here is my finished product. We narrowed the fractions down until we couldn’t cut or fold the squares anymore.
Fraction art
This week I have been learning to do fraction. But to day we did our maths differently instead of writing it in our maths books we instead we had made art. The fractions I made it up to was 1 whole, 1/2, 1/4, 1/ 8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128, 1/256, 1/512, 1/1024, 1/ 2048, 1/4096. The easy part was cutting and gluing the paper onto the whole. Postcards
The past week we have been writing postcards for other schools in new Zealand we had to use a site called anagram maker it is a very productive site. We also had to get a item from the class and see, feel and smell the object, my object was a Dinosaur and I had to write the first thing that pops into my head then I write it in my book.

For the past 2 weeks we have been reading a book called The Royal extraterrestrial exploration society. It is about people going to Mars wanting to collect samples and natives for the museum in U.K. Half way in the story they meat a martian called Zorah who things they came to become a colony of Mars but she was wrong. In the end they went home with nothing but few photo’s of the martian.

Today I choose a couple of goals for writing these goals indicate what I need to work for our writing rubrics. My goals are I need to write a variety of sentences that are grammatically correct and I need to stay on the specific genre and use the right words.
