Task Description: This week I have finished making our STEAM/STEM project, which as stated in the title- is a hover craft. We started making this the week before on a Tuesday, then resumed this project this week on Tuesday.

We have done these types of projects with Jess before, though this project was quite interesting and difficult to perfect or even make it work. This might be because the main goal for this project was to use our STEM skills in order to create a hover craft out of a CD, tape/ hot glue, the push-pull caps and a balloon. We had to make sure our hovercraft managed to move at least 1 meter/ 1.5 meters and keep moving using the air for at least 5 seconds

Many people may be wondering how to create such a thing using these materials. Though all you have to do is glue the push-pull caps onto the hole of the CD and blow up a balloon (do not tie) and put it on the cap. Then this should work, though there must be less friction for it to work.

I went to the pool.my mom watched me.Jump off the diving board.And my mum was watching me.it felt like I was swimming in the sea.and I also felt like I was swimming with sharks.Then my mom came into my the water.with me.it was on Sunday.it was so much fun.then we went home.

I was playing soccer and the ball went to the Washing line. I didn’t see the washing line and I hit my head. I went to the doctor and he glued my head.

Task Description: This week is Māori language week! Because of this I have done an activity for the Manaiakalani activities. This was one of the first activities I saw and ended up doing it, because it was on google my maps and I tend to enjoy working on that platform

This activity told me to find which town I was in and to find it on google my maps, and find 3 other towns of my choice. I had to go to google to ask which places are towns, because of the fact I may mix towns and suburbs up. Though in the end I had 4 legit Māori towns thanks to google. For the town I am currently in, I did Papakura. Though Papakura is actually a suburb which functions as a town with its township.

For this activity, I made a short DLO which will be shown below with the Māori names of all 4 towns I chose. Though their original name was Māori anyways. The DLO includes the longest Māori town name, I don’t know how to pronounce it though you can try!
