This week we have been doing the summer learning journey. This is my second blog post for today. For this blog post I had to write three things that are special to me. I hope you enjoy it.

1. My gonnie. My gonnie is a special blanket that I have. It got the name gonnie because my Mums brother called it that and that name has just carried on until now.

2. Time capsule. My bestfriend and I buried a time capsule when we were 10. We are now 13 and are going to dig it up when we are 15. Then we will put something else in it and bury it again.

3.  My sisters letters. On my 13th birthday my sister gave me a bunch of letters she has written throughout her life and they are pretty special to me.

 Today we are doing the summer learning journey. This is my 4th blog post. This one I will be saying if I had to change my name what I would change it to and why.

I would change my name to Annie because that is my grandma’s name. I think it a really cool name and I might name one of my kids it.

 Today we have been doing the summer learning journey. For this activity I chose the charity one so I picked the charity air rescue.

Air rescue is a really good charity. If people are in a life or death situation the rescue helicopter can quickly get there to save someone’s life. This charity saves so many people’s lives that are in really tough situations. This charity has to raise $6,000,000 a year. That’s a lot of money to make a year so please donate now. I will put the link to the website below where you can donate a bit of money. Because you can make a difference today. Only a little bit of money can make a difference.

 This week we have been doing the summer learning journey. This is my 4th post for today. This post was about someone that has had an impact on my life and netball has.

James Naismith invented netball. Netball is my favourite sport. James Naismith was an immagrint in the USA and was forced to invent an indoor game for young boys. They have had a big impact on my life because netball is an awesome sport and lots of young people play it. 

If I could Change my name to anything, I would change it to Kyrie, That is the name of a professional Basketball player  who was LeBron’s duo partner. I like the name and I like Basketball.

 This is another activity that i can do it is called Earn the Fern. I have to Imagine that I could interview Bill Kini and what 4 questions would I ask him?

Bill Kini represented New Zealand in heavy weight boxing at the commonwealth games. He got a gold medal in 1966.

 If I Could Change My Name What Would It Be

Lebron: I would change my name to Lebron because its the name of the famous basketball player Lebron James, he is one of the best basketball players in the world, and I love basketball. 

 Three Things I Treasure

1. Family – Family is a treasure because they have always been there for me and looked after me. 

2. Friends – Friends are a treasure to me because my friends are all helpful and thoughtful and have always been there.

2. Food – Food is a treasure because I love food and with out you cant live.

 1. Teleportation: I would have that because if someone is in need of help i can teleport them to a hospital or something. 

2. Cure any single sickness: I would have this super power to help any people that are very sick or have the corona virus.

3. Flying: If i could fly it would be really easy to get around and get to places.
