Over the past couple weeks we have been designing pop art for cyber smart you had the choice to do Andy Warhol style

or Roy lichinstein style pop art I chose to do Andy Warhol style this is what I did

what style would you do?

For the last two weeks on a Monday we have been doing pop art.we had  two choices one of them was a comic type art,and the other one was where we had to take a picture and then change the color on the same picture.this is my work! have you done pop art before?

For Cybersmart, we learnt about Pop Art!! One of the options was Lichtenstein inspired, and the other option was inspired by Andy Warhol!

I decided on making a strawberry in Andy Warhol’s style, and used colors that oppose each other on a color wheel <3

If you’ve ever made a Lichtenstein or Andy Warhol inspired artwork, what was it of?

this is my Marae recount.

First we had to write the story at first we were on the mat and we had to make one big story

when we got called into the Marae I felt a bit nervous but after the Marae I loved it.

I think in my opinion all the classrooms should get a pet. I think we should get a cat or dog a dog can protect and can be cute and a cat is cute. It can calm you and make you less scared and stressed

it helps you feel better when you are sad. It will in encourage to do more work

pets in a studio can get children to came back to class to pat it. children will Rush back to class to be the person to sit with the dog.

This term, we have been researching and learning about civilisations around the world that live in extreme environments. We have gathered information and displayed it on a slide deck.  Slide Deck

My chosen civilization is the Sahara Desert. I picked that environment.  Because I always wanted to learn about the Desert and it was interesting to nblearn how they survive in the Desert. During my research, I learnt that women controlled the whole desert. My favourite fact that I learnt about the Sahara Desert was that it gets around 60℃ at day time and it gets around -53℃ at night time. This project really helped me get better at searching for stuff on Google. And it showed me how amazing people are at living in extreme environments. 

The RISE values I have shown during this project are integrity and success. I have shown this by David Bouman.

On every Monday me and my calls room go to the hall or  the basketball court and we see Matua Te Haka and we go to the basketball court  then we did a worm up to worm are legs up and and arms in then we go get a drink in then we go do some rakau and then we run a round the basketball court and we had to go a round 1 or 2 and then we did some rakau and we did some we matua cools out numbers and we do different moves and at the end we do are karakia in the we say bye.

today I did made the pruze .My gift looks like wallet.

on Monday me and my class we had to make a creation for our fathers for the next Sunday because it is fathers day next Sunday.

First our teachers had to split me and my class because we had two things to make so we got split to do our crafts.

I made wallets first and it was very fun At first we had to get a piece of card and we had to follow some instructions to make the wallet when we got a piece of card  we went to go and ind a place to sit that had the instructions.

After we did that we had to follow the instructions to make our wallet for our fathers .

After we made our wallets we had to decorate our wallets and we had to put some little notes in the wallet.

We made rock paint and made a wallet it took 30 minutes each i think I liked that because i can give it to my mum/dad

I made a wallet for my Dad.  I also made a rock. I made a sunset on my rock. It was hard to paint the sun. I enjoyed making the wallet because I got to write little notes to my Dad.

Today I made a fathers day  wallet and I wort the nember 1  DAD in the holl world  and I made a rock  and I put love

I made Dad a wallet with $100 for him to buy something. I made it for Father’s Day because he plays chess for me. I found it took a long time. I enjoyed making the wallet because you cut it, you glues and make it.

Today instead of Monday Mashup we made cards and rocks for fathers day. I started by painting a rock, my painting was about me and my dad on the beach, at first my rock didn’t look that good but when I started to add more colours it looked much better, even though it was a rough paint job it still turned out well. After I made my rock I went on and made my card which was a wallet, I chose black for my wallet because it is one of the most reasonable colours for a wallet. The wallet was made out of paper which made it weak and it might break easily, when I folded the paper and got it into shape I drew a picture of me and my dad and stuck it into the wallet. Then I went on and made a pouch with a message inside with something nice like #1 dad.
