Hi this is Sharveen from Karoro school today we are learning about the rainforests and biomes. I made a digital drawing and I have share you my Google maps of all the rainforests. Ecosystems are nature of the rainforests like animals they have a lifecycle. When they are born they keep growing until they die then it keep going on and on. Biomes are different kinds of places all around the world. The rainforests are in the Amazon rainforests Africa, Oceana, Asia. Recently we have been learning about rainforests and the difference between a tempurate rainforest and a tropical rainforest. tempurate rainforest verses tropical rainforest the difference between the two is the weather conditions. In a tropical rainforest the weather is warm all year round and a tempurate rainforest has cold winters and warm summer’s. We also learnt about local Eco systems and global biomes. The difference between Global biomes and local Eco Systems are that local eco systems are local to you and have living Organisms swimming around like frogs and little fish in a local creek. But Global biomes are  different global biomes are massive and have different climates to a local pond or creek.

The last couple of weeks we have been learning about The formation of NZ rainforests. The thing I enjoyed the most was learning about what makes a rainforest a rainforest. The thing I found difficult was trying to find a picture that matched the sentence.

I believe Flight is a better superpower than Invisibility.When you fly you can see breathtaking views like the sunset or a mountain. Flight is better than invisibility because you can fly to places that cost a lot of money like Ireland. It costs $1,800 NZD or $3,200 NZD to fly on a plane. Would you like to be ignored by your friends because they can’t see you? When you fly high in the sky you can feel free and relaxed. This is why flight is better than invisibility.

I believe invisibility is not a better superpower than flight? If you fell off a giant building you could just fly back up.

Some people pay $1’000 just to go on a plane but you could just fly where

you want for free. What would you do if you were invisible and you would have no one to hang out with? If you were bored at school you could just fly over the fence and go home. If you were in the ocean and you were swimming away from a shark you could just fly away from the shark. That is why I think flight is better than invisibility.

If you fly you could fall when you’re tired. If you come to school late no one will notice if you arrive invisible then just appear. So which would you choose?

I believe invisibility is a better superpower  because you can change back and forth from invisible to normal human.Did you know that Invisibility helps you rob places. You could sneak in to places.  If there were a free first class seat you could sit in it. Also you can click your fingers to be visible again and you could steal to be the richest kid in the class. That is why I want to have invisibility as a super power.

 I believe so much that flight is better than invisibility. If you fall off a building you can fly yourself back up but if you are invisible no one is going to see you. My opinion is that if you were wanting to fly to Fiji  you don’t have to pay when you can just fly yourself there? How would you feel if you did not have a friend and everyone else did if you were invisible and no one could see you? If you were invisible you could get hit by a car but if you could fly, you just fly away as fast as you could before the car hits you. This is why flight is way better than invisibility.

 16.2% of people say that they feeling sick on a plane.  If you’re going from Greymouth to  Australia how would you like to spend that much money. When you can just fly by yourself . It can cost 600 to $1,500+ NZD per person for a short trip. So that is why I think flight is better than invisibility.
