We started a new key vocab document and we had explain the meaning of the word and put it in a sentance.

MATHS WITH 100 IQ AND THIS IS FROM A YEAR 8 BOY NAMED MARK.

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to blog about Maths. Today for Maths I learned about fractions it was hard at 1st but I keep on practicing and learning and now I am a little bit good at it. Right now I know what Equivalent Fractions and Mathematical Languages are. Now I am going to talk about Equivalent Fractions.

Equivalent Fractions means they equal the same. here is an example.

2/4 is the same as 3/6 and ½. Here are other Equivalent Fractions.

½, ¾, ¼, ⅛, 2/8, ¾, 2/4, ⅜, 5/4, 3/9, ⅕, ⅙,

Next I am going to talk about Mathematical Languages.

Mathematical Languages means that you use big words in Maths. Here is an example.

2 X 12 = 144, 25 ÷ 5 = 5, 20 – 13 = 7 & 99 + 100 + 200 = 399.

Now I am going to show you my DLO.

I hope you like it.

Do you like Maths?

See you on my next blog post.

God Bless.

My crazy DLO post

What’s up guys,

hello, welcome back to my blog. This week we did a DLO poster, and we have to do one of the questions on fractions;
a poster about Equivalent Fractions, Mathematical Language, Common Denominators, or Simplifying Fractions.

I did one on Equivalent Fractions, and how I can show a growth mindset.
How to show a growth mindset.

This is what I think you need to have to have a growth mindset in maths.

  • I think you should always be on the write thing,
  • always bring your manners,
  • help others,
  • don’t destracket others,
  • and always stay on task.

Link to my DLO poster.

How do you think we should have a growth mindset in maths?

My Amazing RE Symbol Create

Kia ora and welcome back to my super cool blog. Last week the task for RE was to pick a Holy Spirit Symbol, research some facts about it and present it on a Google drawing. We also had to do a drawing of it and add in pictures so that people knew what it would look like. The symbol I selected was the anointing oil.

Fun fact!! Using anointing oil is a sign of your belief in God’s power to purify and consecrate.

Click on the picture to see My Amazing RE Symbol Create.

What symbol of the Holy Spirit did you pick?

Was it the same as me?
