Today for Cybersmart we learnt about Google Earth. Google Earth allows you to “Travel ” the world digitally. We used Google earth to travel to some landmarks in New Zealand. We could choose from the North island or the South Island . I decided to go to the North Island in Google Earth because I find it a bit more interesting and I think it will have more famous landmarks.
There was a list of famous / popular landmarks in the North or South Island we could choose from. As you know I chose to do it on the North Island, So my 2 landmarks I was able to finish in the time given were the Gumboot Statue in Taihape and the Cape Reinga Lighthouse.
I think these 2 locations were some good choices to choose between.
