Scone burger

Hi everyone,
Today I tried something different. I made a burger using scones instead of bread buns. My goal was to see if a scone could work as a burger base.

What went well:
The scone was soft and buttery, and it tasted really good with beef and cheese.

What didn’t go so well:
Scones are heavy and can fall apart easily. If they weren’t fresh, the burger got messy and hard to eat.

What I’d change next time:
I’d make smaller, lighter scones and maybe toast them so they hold together better.

Would you try a scone burger, or do you prefer a normal bun?
