My Poem about the Fijian culture

 

Beneath the sun’s warm golden hand. The ocean sings to the waiting land. Where palm trees lean in soft island breeze. And stories drift through banyan trees. Vanua lives on earth and soul. In every wave in every roll of drums that echo through the night Where fire and dance and hearts unite. Kava shared in a circle wide. Voices are low with ancient pride. Each name, each clan, each woven thread. Connects the living to the dead. Mountains rise in emerald grace. Rivers carve their sacred place. And laughter rings through village air. A simple life but rich with care. Fiji where the spirits stay. In wind, in reef at the break of the day Your people carry time along.
