Instructions on how to play dodgeball

How to play dodge ball?:

Players start behind the end line and at the opening rush, each team retrieves the balls to their right on the centre line. The ball must be taken behind the attack line before it can be thrown. The object of the game is to eliminate the opposing players by getting them out.

Dodgeball is a sport played by throwing soft balls, or hard rubber balls, at people in a square court. The goal is to be the last one to be hit with the ball. Players may only throw balls at people who are not on their own team. If a player is hit by the ball,he or she should go to the outside of the court to the other team. From the outside, players throw the ball at players still on the inside.

Instructions on how to do dodgeball:

Dodgeball is a great game for exercise and fun with minimal equipment.

Step 1: To play dodgeball, you need a court, 6 rubber coated-foam balls, six to ten players and a whistle. Designate a centreline on the court and line the rubber balls on the centreline before the start of the game. Courts should be around 50 feet long and 30 feet wide with walls or fences at either end.

Step 2: Position a equal amount of players at either end of the court. Recruit someone to blow a whistle to indicate the start of the game.

Step 3: Rush to the centreline to grab as many balls as you can at the start signal.

Step 4: Throw balls at players to get them out. If you catch a ball by an opposing player, the thrower is out and a player on your team who has been eliminated can reenter play. You can use a ball in your hands to block balls coming at you, but if you drop the ball your out.

Step 5: End the game when all the players from either team have been eliminated.

Conclusion to end the game in dodgeball:

The quicker you are at throwing the balls at the other players in the team, to get the player out, the quicker your team can win the game. And just make sure your players in your team don’t get eliminated.
