Blackout Poem Example Term 3 Week 10

WALT: To learn how to make a Blackout Poem on our Google Doc

Hi Bloggers!

Today for Cybersmart we learned how to make a Blackout poster. So the first step for making it was we had to make a copy of a Google Doc, then you had to move it into your Cybersmart Folder, and you also had to name it. Next you had to choose between 3 sites to go onto. The three sites were Story Online, Original stories for kids, and Kea Kids News. i chose Story Online. The story that I chose from that was called The little Gingerbread Man. Then after we did that, we had to control C and then you had to control V to copy and paste all of the words. Once you had done that you had to choose a background color to put. So you first had to go onto File, then you had to go onto page setup, and then it should show a circle to change the color. You have to choose any color except for black. I chose Medium light Purple. Then you had to highlight some of the words you liked in white. Lastly you had to change the background color into black. Then you’re finally done! You had to Blog it next. But you had to Embed the code. I liked  making the Blackout Poem. I found it hard to blog. So that’s why I asked someone for help. I think I can improve on doing it a bit more faster.

UPDATE: I will update my work once I’ve finished it. 🙂

This is my Blackout Poem and my words for it.
