Bones :

1. Humerus

This is the long bone of the upper arm that helps with lifting and swinging the racket.

2. Radius

This bone runs along the thumb side of the forearm and plays a key role in wrist rotation and movement.

3.Ulna

 Located on the opposite side of the radius, the ulna helps stabilize the arm and assists in various movements during play.

4.Carpals

 These are the eight small bones in the wrist that are crucial for wrist flexibility and control when hitting the shuttlecock.
