Ever  wonder why some days you feel  like a superhero and other days you feel like a sleepy sloth?  Let’s explain the colourful zones of regulation.  

 

The Zones of Regulation            

 

 

 The zones of regulation Is a way to help you understand managing your feelings. So remember what zone you are in and use the tools strategically you know to get you into the zone!

 

Blue is when you are in the blue zone. You get really sad because you have no energy and that you don’t want to do anything and you also can be sick. How to get out of the blue zone you just have two ways: if you are sick and if you are sad then ask a friend to play.    

 

When you are in the Green Zone you feel good and happy and you are ready to learn and  feel like being kind when you’re in the Green Zone because it is a nice thing to do when you are happy. 

 

When you are in the Red Zone you get angry and really really mad because you have no one to play with and it’s really annoying and you yell and scream when you’re in the Red zone but you can calm yourself down by going for a nice little walk with someone that you trust.

 

you are in the yellow zone you get excited and anxious and nervous because it’s just the

motion that you feel when you are in the yellow zone and you can get really sad and because of the emotion of the yellow zone.
