This Thursday we made Peach Cobbler I figured having Me, Tyler,Tui, Maiah, Raegan, and Jaelyn in the group would work well and we did, we helped each other and made sure we got it done in time to eat it slowly but we still had to rush because we didn’t look at the time so we only had 5 minutes on the clock.
After we finished we cleaned up our mess and helped pack the dishes aways we all did a a part in helping out one another and made it through the end. Our final result was delicious but could of been cooked a little bit longer.
Recipe:
1 ½ cups of self raising flour
½ cup of sugar
125gms butter
2 cups of peaches
Method:
Preheat oven at 180degrees C
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl melt butter and add to mixture combined to make a dough/ crumb
Put peaches in the dish and cover with dough
Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown
