We made Peach cobbler and we all put a hand in to make something out of ingredients we got given, we all helped making the dough and cleaning the mess that we were playing around in but we all did our part Me and Tui did all the work because we just knew.
We ate it all and decided that we have to hurry because it was so close to the bell ringing and we would of missed our busses but over all it was good but could have been cooked longer.
Recipe:
1 ½ cups of self raising flour
½ cup of sugar
125gms butter
2 cups of peaches
Method:
Preheat oven at 180degrees C
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl melt butter and add to mixture combined to make a dough/ crumb
Put peaches in the dish and cover with dough
Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown
