Recipe Peach Cobbler
1 ½ cups of self raising flour
½ cups of sugar
125 grams of butter
2 cups of peaches
Method
Pre heat the oven @ 180c
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Melt butter and add the mixture.
Combine to make a dough/crumb
Put peaches in the dish and cover with dough
Cook for 40mins or until golden brown
