Cavemen, The Stone Age History

  1.  Cavemen are probably our earliest ancestors; they have been living in caves their whole lives. 
  2. They created paintings on cave walls, showing animals, people, and even handprints. 
  3. The Stone Age marks a period of prehistory in which humans used primitive stone tools. Lasting roughly 2.5 million years, the Stone Age ended around 5,000 years ago when humans in the Near East began working with metal and making tool and weapons from bronze
  4. Cavemen used spears to hunt for animals and tools out of stone
