I have been reading this magazine that provide really useful information I am reading a part in the magazine that states “the cost of getting it wrong” Every year we lose thousands of new Zealanders. According to work safe NZ 70 people had passed away from work related incidents and there were 180 thousand claims made through the work industry. My prospective of that is some people can tend to get greedy they make claims for stuff that ain’t relevant to the cause. Some people make the claims just to get money but you do have major accidents in the workplace industry. people do have accidents that can have an impact on their normal living lives like the story I’m reading now. The story states that a forklift driver was atrociously injured by the LPG bottle that provides fuel for the combustion engine. The people that designed the forklift ran them on LPG as they don’t produce gas fumes that cant harm the operator or people in the area. But one of the gas LPG bottle connections had come loose and the gas started to leak out causing the gas leakage to ignite from the cylinder causing an explosion. But my thoughts on that accident is that is a tragic way of being injured not knowing what’s around the corner.
