Looking back on camp, I realised that I made so many unforgettable memories. Including having to walk for ages up a hill. Every muscle in my body ached after that! Something funny that I’ll always remember will be when I saw my friend Amelia’s hair in the morning, it looked like a bird had made a nest in it! My favourite activity was either mountain boarding or archery tag. Although, mountain boarding wouldn’t have been one of Lulu’s activities because she fell off and was limping around for the rest of camp! (Poor Lulu).
Archery tag was super fun and we did a boys Vs girls game of archery tag and the girls won! The score was 47 for the girls and 16 for the boys, we totally smashed them! There was also an indoor pool that I went swimming in when it was evening. It was a bit crowded though, and I didn’t stay in for too long. We had loads of delicious food there as well. My favourite was probably the nacho’s or the burgers and chips. I hardly got any sleep for both of the nights and I felt very fatigued on the last day. One of the most terrifying activities was the monorail. Before it was my turn, I felt like butterflies were throwing a party in my stomach. There was a really sharp turn on the monorail and I felt like I was going to fall off! I had felt all the blood drain from my face as I went flying! Overall though, I had a great time at Living springs.
