My goals for the beast run

My fitness is not the greatest and we have been doing running around the school. A track was made for people that are planning to get better fitness. My goals is to get a little more fitter so I can do some distant running. Because when I run for about 3-5 minutes I start to get really puffed and I ain’t even using 80% of my effort. I just want to be able to run for at least 10-15 minutes without getting puffed. There are ten weeks before the beast run so I have some time to improve my fitness and my goals to becoming a better runner. I also done the beast run last year when I was a year 12 in the building academy and my experience last year was really cool. We got to meet new people and new friends and it gave the building academy to bond and build connections with each other.
