Art Gallery trip.

This morning we went to Govett-Brewster Art Gallery in New Plymouth. We went to see an exhibition  about awa (river) and  what lives in them.There were lots of videos on eels. My favourite part was where we laid on the beanbags and listened and watched bird sounds from Lake Rotokare.

Something I learned was piharau are related to sharks and they aren’t eels.

In the Art Gallery classroom we drew rivers that showed a dirty water river and a clean water river.
