Encouragement is the act of giving someone support,confidence or hope I believe that I encourage people around me to staying dedicated and getting there work done , I also support my friends if they are having a stink day.
Inspiration means to me that you provide others with hope and confidence to being mentally stimulated to do or create something.which I think I do often, by stepping up for taumata and setting a good example for our teina, loyalty is commitment and faithfulness to a person or a group , I have faith and trust for the people that I respect. Respect is admiration and high regard shown for someones rights, feelings or qualities I respect others and treat them how i want to be treated. The authority is the power or right to give commands, make decisions and enforce obedience I have the authority for the right things and I show it when its needed.
