WALT: Skim read to locate specific information
HII BLOGGERS! IT’S ME AMBER! I’M BACK FOR ANOTHER READING BLOG POST! 
This week is week 11 which is the last week for school until the school holidays! I’m SUPER DUPER excited! This week we had both different books and different create tasks! So the MAX for the create tasks that’s you have to complete is 2! Last week I did three create tasks, but this week…. I hope I complete 3 create tasks again, OR even all four create tasks. Anyways back to the actual reading blog post! So this week we had the book called THE WAY TO PLAY! It was about how room 6 won a competition, and they got to design the new school playground! Then they all decided what to choose for the new school playground! They chose about 6 things for the new school playground. That’s all I can say because you might find out some more information in my create tasks! Ok so we firstly have to read our journal story, which was on page 8. Group one and two were Reading the same book, because they were split into two groups, since the first group was too big! Then group three read a different book. Now I will tell you what I did for my first create task!
FIRST CREATE TASK: For the first create task I chose to do the bottom left one. The bottom left one is the one where you have to make your own book cover. So you have to make your own book cover of your story book topic. I was doing the book THE WAY TO PLAY, and the story is about a playground design. SO that means I have to make a cover similar to that, or like the first page of the story I’m doing. You have to include the Title, Author, and Illustrations in your book cover. You also have to name your copy and move it into your Reading folder. Once you have completed your create task you have to blog it! 
That’s what you have to do for your first create task and what I chose for it! Now I will tell you what I chose for my second create task and what I had to do for it!
SECOND CREATE TASK: For my second create task I chose to do the top right corner one! It was the journal entry one. So what you had to do is, write [type] a journal entry about a day of your character from the book your reading. There is also an example of what you have to do. I chose to do it on Adobe Express since it was easy to use on it! Once you have completed your third create task you have to blog it!
That’s what I chose and had to do for my second create task! Now I will tell you what I chose for my third create task, and what I had to do for my third create task!
THIRD CREATE TASK: For my third create task I chose to do the top left one which is the, Describe your character in your text. So firstly you have to make a copy of the slideshow. Then you have to name it and move it to your Reading folder. Lastly you have to complete it. So it says like what the Personality and Physical description is. Then on the other slide which is the second slide, [since there are only 2 slides] you have to type a paragraph about the character you’ve chosen. A paragraph is 3-4 sentences! Once you have done your third create task you have to blog it!
REFLECTION FOR FIRST CREATE TASK: I liked doing the first create task because I thought it was very easy to complete! Next time I think I can improve on making my cover a bit better but I still think I did okay.

REFLECTION FOR SECOND CREATE TASK: I thought this create task was really easy to do! I think next time I can improve on making my diary entry a bit longer and better. But I still think I did good.

REFLECTION FOR THIRD CREATE TASK: I kind of liked and didn’t like doing this create task. I liked doing this create task because I thought it was fun to complete. But why I didn’t like this create task because it took a long time to do. Next time I think I can improve on making my create task a bit better. But I still think I did okay.
