In room 4 we did some learning about Kirikiriroa , I learnt that by the 1850s Ngaati Wairere operated a successful wheat cultivating economy loading 50 Waka at a time.
I also learnt that Kirikiriroa is still standing today.
Whaea Annie gave us a slideshow full of questions and an online book that we can read and answer questions at the same time.
After that we all drew a picture of a Kirikiriroa diagram. I learnt that the Kirikiriroa people could see the enemies waka and defend their base.We all labelled our work and then I finished.
I think I learned a lot and it was super fun and I would do it again.
