Talofa lava, o lo’u igoa o Yvonne also, last week Weymouth Primary School celebrated Vaiaso o Le Gagana Samoa, let me tell you about some of it,
Firstly we had 3 challenges,
The first one was the Tauloto, Tauloto was where you could share a meaningful/helpful Bible verse or proverb I did a proverbs 3:5-6, proverbs 3:5-6 was helpful to me because its says “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight Proverbs 3:5-6” and I wanted to share that because I feel like people just say I love the lord for the sake to have an enjoyable after life or just so they can have an at least good life, so for the people who do that, use this Bible verse and realise “oh my life isn’t that good right now” because I just love Jesus for the sake of it and not with all my heart, maybe you could reflect and think about what this Bible verse actually means to yourself and how it could project on your future. What i’m trying to say is that we should all connect with God to better ourselves and the people around us, this was my favourite one.
the secound was the CHEEEEHOOOOO! challenge this was my 2nd favourite because I got to do this with my friends, not only
and lastly one was to introduce ourselves in the Samoan language, this challenge was fun because you didn’t just introduce yourself you introduced your parents and identity,
