On thursday we did training again.
Today we wrote down what good communication is, a few examples my group wrote down were:
- Not interupting when someone is speaking.
- Letting others speak.
- No swearing
- Include others
and lots more.
After that we had to write down how we can show good communication during break.
Each member in my group wrote two things each.
Then we were given two pieces of paper one of the papers had three different types leaders on them:
- Autocratic
- Democratic
- Laissez-Faire
We had to write our name on the other paper, write down what leader we think we are and the reason why.
When we finished that we played a game call Tarp flip.
We had two tarps with nine people on each tarp.
To play you need to work with your team to flip the tarp over with our stepping off it.
After the game we did a recap of what we did when we had finished we got our bags and the bell rang.
I can’t wait for our next training session.
