The Rainbow inside light Reading create tasks week 8 term 2

WALT: Read at an appropriate reading rate with added expression to create interest.

Create task 1: 12.6.2026

Hi bloggers! This week we were learning about the rainbow inside white light and how we see colours! In the text they showed us graphs of the wavelengths which I thought was cool! I learnt that red light has the longest laziest waves, and violet light has the shortest fastest waves.

Anyways for the create task I had to use a site called ‘words per minute’. And record myself reading a fairy tale from the book list. Then when I finish reading they would tell me my score and what age rating I am. I also had to screenshot what ratings I got and put it in this slideshow called ‘My Reading Rate’ . I didn’t get to read everyday because there were not enough times. I enjoyed learning about how light and eye work for the past weeks! Okay, I gtg now so bye hope you don’t judge my result!
